TLB Credit Points Policy

1. What are Credits?

Credits are prepaid units that can be used to access services on the TLB platform, such as document downloads, document fetching, and related services. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred to other users.

2. Buying Credits

  • Credits can be purchased through the payment options available on the platform.
  • Once payment is successful, credits are added instantly to your TLB account.
  • We recommend purchasing credits based on your expected usage.

3. Using Credits

  • Credits are deducted only when a service is successfully delivered.
  • The number of credits required for each service will be clearly shown before you proceed.
  • In case a service fails, credits will not be deducted or will be reversed automatically.

4. Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the credits are unused.
  • After 7 days, credits are generally non-refundable.
  • In exceptional situations (such as duplicate payments or technical errors), our team may review and assist on a case-by-case basis.

5. Validity of Credits

Credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used.

6. Transparency & Fair Use

  • All credit deductions are visible in your account history.
  • TLB does not make any hidden deductions.
  • Pricing for services (in credits) is shown upfront before confirmation.
